Tyrrell's Dinner Hosted by Andrew Spinaze | Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park

This month at Sydney Common, we present a special dining experience showcasing our signature menu, thoughtfully paired with wines from one of Australia’s best wine producers.

Each course by Chef Allen Varghese and Chef Lisa Shin is designed to complement the selected wines, with winemaker Andrew Spinaze joining us to share insight into each pairing.

A refined four course menu is offered with an arrival glass of Tyrrell's Blanc de Blancs complimented by a snack, entrée, choice of main and dessert. A dedicated children’s menu is also available.

Please note, due to the nature of the event that your seating will involve sharing a table with other guests or for larger groups this may involve being seated on adjacent tables. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to provide the most ideal experience for everyone.
