We are delighted to welcome Chief Winemaker Andrew Spinaze, who will host this special tasting and provide insights into Tyrrell's history, vineyards and winemaking philosophy. The tasting has been carefully curated to showcase both the longevity and diversity of Tyrrell's most celebrated wines.
Highlights include a rare vertical of the iconic Vat 1 Semillon, alongside the mature Single Vineyard Belford Semillon 2009.
Guests will also explore two of Australia's finest Chardonnays with the Vat 47 and Sacred Site HVD Chardonnay. Current and aged releases of the renowned Vat 9 Shiraz and Vat 8 Shiraz Cabernet will demonstrate the remarkable ageing potential of these Hunter Valley classics.
