Warehouse Picker, Packer & Forklift Driver Position

About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated person to fill a full time role within our Warehouse team in Pokolbin. This is a hand’s on role, that will require an understanding of a variety of warehousing activities

This role reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Duties Include:

Pick & pack orders accurately and on time
Stock control & stock taking
Monitoring of all incoming and outgoing stock
Receipt incoming items accurately and put items away
Forklift operations
Loading & unloading freight trucks & containers
Stock transfer to other locations
General Warehouse duties
General housekeeping duties
Daily / weekly checks of equipment
Participation in team talks, team building exercises, training and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure warehouse and WHS standards are strictly adhered to

Skills & Experience:

Have prior experience in warehouse duties
Self-motivated
Strong communication, organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills
Forklift Licence
Drivers Licence
Truck Licence desirable
Physically fit as there is a large amount of manual handling

An excellent remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on knowledge and past experience.

Ordinary hours of work are Monday to Friday, but the position requires the candidate to have a level of flexibility, including working after hours during peak periods.
