(2015 vintage) Bright, young, fresh and gently fragrant with lifted aromas. The palate has a fleshy richness and generosity that is opulent, intense and moreish with a lingering, gentle citrus finish.

(2015 vintage) The great white blend has been reinvented in Tyrrell’s 2015 Part & Parcel, a premium blended white wine five years in the making. Tapping into the resurgence of similar artisan-crafted wines in the US and Europe, Part & Parcel harnesses the Hunter Valley winery’s historic vineyards and grape varieties, as well as the modern alchemy of head winemaker, Andrew Spinaze, to create a sophisticated blend. This structured and textured wine comprises 74 per cent Semillon, 12 per cent Chardonnay, 10 per cent Gewurztraminer and 4 per cent Verdelho. Bright, young and complex, the rich, intense palate flavours linger, melting into a soft citrus finish, making it a perfect choice for summer days.

(2015 vintage) 92 Points - This is a new special release. It’s mostly semillon, with some chardonnay, gewurztraminer and verdelho making up the rest of the blend. A small amount of solids fermentation adds to the texture. Aromatic lift on the nose and a temendously flavoursome. though still controlled and tight, palate.

(2015 vintage) 4 stars - Tried this wine as a sample at Restaurant Botanica at Spicer’s Vineyards Estate - very nice and easy to drink. Enjoyed it so much we bought a bottle to have with dinner the next night, then bought some from Cellar Door on the way home.
