A blend of Shiraz, Tempranillo and Merlot from Margaret River, the fruit for our Beside Broke Road Dry Rosé was harvested in the cool of the night and left in the picking bins for a short time to allow the juice to pick up some colour from the skins. The grapes were then lightly pressed and fermented at cool temperatures. The resulting wine was bottled early to maintain freshness.
The Beside Broke Road Dry Rosé is salmon pink in colour and shows generous fruit flavours with a lovely mid-palate texture. Perfect as an aperitif or try with sushi.
