Course Two: Little hill farm chicken, coal roasted corn, corn beurre blanc.

Course Three: Hay roasted Celeriac, aged ham, celeriac jus, cheese oil.
Matched with: 2017 Vat 63 Chardonnay Semillon – “Arguably the most unique wine Tyrrell’s produce.”
Course Four: Braised short rib, barbequed young vegetables, oyster cream, malted beef sauce.
