Before opening EXP, in 2015 Frank Fawkner was head chef at Muse Restaurant when they reached the coveted “2 Hats” from the SMH Good Food Guide. In 2017 Frank launched his passion project Fawk Foods. His menu is constantly evolving driven by the seasons. Frank will create a spectacular 4-course food and wine experience celebrating all the gastronomic¬†spoils that spring abounds.
