About Jake Kellie | In 2025, Kellie was appointed culinary director of Orleana, the signature restaurant at Kingsford The Barossa. Here, he aims to continue to craft dishes highlighting the region’s seasonal ingredients and producers, and introduce creative experiences that go beyond the plate.

Join the Tyrrell family for an exclusive afternoon at Sails Lavender Bay in Sydney, where guests are invited to bring a bottle or two of mature Tyrrell's wine from their own collection. Enjoy refined Modern Australian cuisine featuring fresh seafood and seasonal local produce, perfectly matched to Tyrrell's wines all against stunning views of Sydney Harbour, the Opera House, and Harbour Bridge. 

Any wines brought along will be replaced with the current vintage equivalent for you to take home that evening.
