Overview & Tasting Notes
Bright salmon pink in colour with vivacious red summer fruits on the nose. Beautifully balanced with a fine, persistent bead, delicate mousse and great length on the palate. Produced using the "methode champenoise" secondary fermentation in bottle, followed by 14 - 16 months on lees before the final disgorgement.
