The exceptional fruit for this wine is only sourced from two of the best old blocks, which show the typical concentration of fruit that only old vineyards can bring. Built for a very long life in the cellar, the wine is quite lean in structure at this stage, although is has a great core of rich, powerful fruit.

95 Points - A great result in the 2012 vintage, this has the trademark Tyrrell’s class and concentration, mixing power with restraint. There’s plenty of lime and white nectarine fruit on offer here, with a really lovely lean yet juicy palate, great acidity and drive. Terrific.
