Sauvignon Blanc
Sauvignon Blanc is a variety with increasing popularity in Australia and around the world. It is a vigorous variety, produces relatively good yields in Australia and requires cool conditions. In cool climates, sauvignon blanc gives wines with a strong varietal character. This character is less developed in warmer areas where fresh, well-balanced table wines can be produced. The vast majority of sauvignon blanc wines are designed to be drunk young. Tyrrell’s Wines has created a medium-bodied sauvignon blanc showing balanced acidity and refreshing fruit flavours.
