The Tyrrell Family guarantee this Futures Offer in writing in the form of an Option Certificate which will be forwarded to all those who return the attached Application Form and agree to the conditions outlined in it. The wine selected to secure these options, in our opinion, an outstanding Hunter Semillon, which will become a classic given suitable time to mature. We unconditionally guarantee the obligations of Tyrrell's Vineyards Pty Ltd to holders of Tyrrell's 2007 Hunter Semillon Wine Futures Options. We guarantee that the reserved wine will be stored under ideal cellaring conditions to give it every chance to realise its full potential.
National Companies and Securities Commission Exemption "By virtue of an instrument of exemption dated 5th September, 1988, made by the National Companies and Securities Commission under section 215C of the Companies Act 1981 and continued in force by section 1084(9) of the Corporations Law exemption has been granted from the provisions of the Corporations Law corresponding to the following provisions of the Companies Act 1981 in respect of offers of Tyrrell's Futures made on the terms and conditions of this offer: all of Division 6 of part IV (offers of prescribed interests), section 99(3) (advertising) and section 552 (securities Hawking)."
